Problems with GAMMIS

Gateway is the computer system used to determine Georgia eligibility. GAMMIS is a seperate computer system used to authorize payments. If the information in Gateway doesn’t may its way to GAMMIS, then your Medicaid provider will not be paid even if you’re approved. Gainwell Technologies currently manages the GAMMIS system. If there is a problem getting the provider paid on an approved case, caseworkers have a form they can send Gainwell to correct GAMMIS.
